减肥了

年纪长大了一点，其实也不要吃太多。看到屁股，肚子和大小腿越来越大，走几步路还喘不过气来，不能不承认自己胖了。曾经自豪的细手臂，也渐渐地表演起蝴蝶袖舞。还不是到很糟的地步，但都是肥胖的征兆。

在这个以包装为主的社会可给自己带来不少烦恼。穿衣服不美，买衣服又苦恼 （修改的必要），穿衣服不美，买衣服又苦恼，穿衣服不美，买衣服又苦恼。。。你没看错，女人只关心着两码事。这都是虚荣心和自卑心在作怪。就是看到别人打扮得美美的，自己却因为身材的问题，有好多cutting的衣服都不适合。有多少次是很纳闷地从更衣室跑出来，一件都买不着。你知道那有多气吗？

有时又觉得有点笨重，像只河马。虽然没有发出“嘭嘭嘭”震耳欲聋的声音，还是觉得行动就是不太灵活。有时要挤进自己的座位，又觉得屁股好像要贴到别人的脸一样，非常难为情。肥胖又和汗臭扯在一起，我不要做“汗滴滴的河马小姐”。

贪吃，爱吃淀食，吃好咸好甜的食物，享受吃到饱的感觉和不运动都是我的毛病，就是没有自律改掉它们。还有我可爱的Lester Chan，想到哪里有美食就会想到他，爱吃指数不输与我。我们俩在一起吃就已经天下无敌了,主菜还没上，我们已经吃了一桌的小菜 （真的够一家人的分了）。我们成天不是吃就是睡，坐着做功课打电脑，唯一消遣是在舒适的冷气购物中心shopping，沿路还买些小吃止止嘴巴的痒，运动量超低。

非常担心还没到中年就身患重重身体疾病，所以我要减肥！不用太瘦但要健康！最担心的是我的Mr Chan爱说一些没出息的话:“反正有人要了，肥一点没关系啦。”男生就是那么的不会照顾自己，以后要付出的代价可是非常惨痛的，要把时间倒回来以太迟了。所以我们去跑步可以吗？多提醒对方少吃，吃得健康。彼此勉励对方效果应该会很优的！一起加油吧！

PS: Aunty, help me read to Lester. He gave up reading half way through, Maybe not even halfway… 气死我了!

Banana Milk Shake 02

More banana, less milk, more ice makes the success. But hor, i still make more than just my portion, so i pour some for my mum. This time, my dog never drink even i pour into his plate. Maybe he knows that is forbidden drink.

Painted my nails in black. Black? Some kind of colours that i would probably won’t try.

Banana Milk Shake

My onli audience for banana milk shake is my dog. Estimated too much milk, instead making for myself, i have like for 2. Next time can try to put less milk more ice.

Brewerkz & Forbidden City

Last Friday was my class pubbing nite. As usual it’s 1/3 class attendance, but small and cosy. Oh yes, this group is the eldest长老in the class. We settled down at Brewerkz for a couple of beers, finger food and chats as Forbidden City is already full house. The second visit to Forbidden City, Lester and Ken were stopped at the entrance to check their IC (they look that young meh). Nice loud music, smoky dark ambiance but this time we din talk much. It’s rather hard to talk. Finally left that place, climb many stairs to Fort Canning. Ken nearly collapse due to a sudden lack of breath. His lips all turned white, therfore, we din continue up anymore.

Dismiss at the Fort Canning carpark, both Lester and I board a cab home. The moment he steps into his bedroom, he receives an interesting sms from an anonymous number “Can I make friend with you? If not interested, nvm.” Hahaha… Weird桃花~

Book Log

Decided to keep a book log for the books that i have been reading. It might be useful when i wanna recall the title of the books in future. Getting old, everything must document down.

Happy Valentine & Happy Lunar New Year

Valentine Day
I did a crystal ball for Lester, though a partial failure, but i hope he like that. And i gave him 42 mini photos framed up in a photo frame. These photos captures all the moments in our 2 years relationship.

Was expecting him to come late after his tutorial homework. But he surprises me with an ice cream cake at 5 plus and a flower delivery. Due to schoolwork, we had a veri simple dinner at Jurong Point Fish & Co. Shop shop a bit before we return home. It just slip off my mind that the newly renovated IMM has more variety of food nowadays. Should have been there instead. Sadly, we are supposed to cut cake after returning home but i fall asleep after slacking on my bed. Hahaha~ Spoiler, i know. By the time i wake up again to do my homework (which is 3 am), Lester has already gone back home. (T_T)

Lunar New Year
I have spent the whole day cleaning just my room. I have been very efficient already, but there are just too many things to take care of in my room. I think i feel the pain at my waist which i sprain myself while moving the flower pots 2 years ago. Ouch~

The whole house is not ready and clean even at 10pm. I see my mum so pro, just sweep and mop, din do much. Despite the little effort put in, the house has become slightly neater. After which i just clean the door grills, door, all the mirror, glass panels and computer area. Onli get to bathe at 12am. I am already quite drain from those household chores.

Anyway, just wanna wish everybody a prosperous new year. Gong xi fa cai… And dun eat too much.
